An average email user?s mailboxes can easily accumulate thousands of emails in just a year. As time goes by and the user subscribes to more and more online services, emails keep stacking up at an even higher rate. And when the time comes to switch to Microsoft Outlook, making this transition smooth becomes a real problem. Since Outlook stores all of its objects and data in the proprietary PST format, EML messages exported from other email clients need to be correctly pre-processed and converted into a valid PST file that can be easily attached to Outlook.
EML to PST Converter provides everything necessary for hassle-free migrations to Microsoft Outlook from any other email application. It?s a compact and easy-to-use tool that makes large-scale email migrations a breeze even for inexperienced users and makes it unnecessary to use costly third-party services. Featuring a straightforward and intuitive wizard, it makes EML to PST conversions a matter of a few mouse clicks. The software can be used for direct email conversion, as well as EML to PST export of messages extracted by various recovery tools. The intelligent algorithms in the core of the program do not modify any source files, thus making any file damage completely impossible. Featuring an intelligent primary integrity check module, the software is capable of converting both emails and file attachments. Finally, users can pre-define their Outlook folder structure by putting their messages into corresponding folders and then performing conversion with a folder structure preservation option.
EML to PST Converter also provides plenty of conversion options available on one of the screens of the wizard: preprocessing of EML files created in Unix and Mac OS, import logging, choice of the destination Outlook profile, preservation of original date and time values for converted files and so on. The same options page also enables users to narrow down their file selection to files with or without attachments, files of a specific size and files created within a specific time period.
EML to PST Converter comes with a number of bonus features: a free *.mbox to *.eml converter, support of the Mac OS X *.emlx message format, support of Unicode PST files of over 4 GB in size, an integrated converter for EML/MSG to RTF/TXT, TNEF and HTML conversion and a batch processor for importing *.eml(x) and *.msg files.
EML to PST Converter is one of the most efficient and affordable tools of its kind on the market offering unprecedented ease of use and excellent conversion speed.
